Care Alliance Health Center is a non-profit, federally qualified community health center providing comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental, women's health, pediatrics, behavioral health, medication-assisted treatment, podiatry, optometry, pharmacy, patient advocacy, and wrap-around services to families and individuals, regardless of the ability to pay. Recognized as a Patient Centered Medical Home, Care Alliance provides Cleveland area residents with critical services to address their unique healthcare needs.
