About Career Invites™

Career Invites (CI) is a national classroom-ready career discovery platform helping middle and high school students explore high-demand careers in energy, sustainable mining, utilities, and skilled trades. Most students are only aware of a small fraction of the careers available to them — Career Invites dramatically expands that visibility. Teachers use the platform to help students: • Discover rewarding high demand careers via engaging short form video • See fast growing opportunities in energy, sustainable mining and skilled trades • Instant access to work-based learning positions at your company, college courses, and certificate training (ie CDL) opportunities Through short career videos, training pathways, and simple inquiry-based activities, CI connects students to real-world opportunities and helps employers build early awareness and interest in their careers. CI makes it easy for schools to introduce meaningful career exploration in a single class period — and for industry partners to share work-based learning opportunities with students at scale.
