Led by Jan Cresswell, Caritas Education Consultancy supports current and aspiring school leaders in achieving transformational leadership through compassionate practice. Jan is a long-standing champion of compassionate leadership in education. Most recently as head of a high-performing independent secondary school, she has over twenty years’ senior leadership experience in 3-18 HMC, GDST and IB World Schools. A well-established adviser on effective and sustained culture change, team development and strategic planning, Jan is ideally placed to work with current heads and leadership teams seeking to take their school forward, as well as supporting individuals on their path to leadership.
