About Carl Correns Foundation for Mathematical Biology

The Carl Correns Foundation for Mathematical Biology is a new venture to support basic research in the medical sciences by application of computational and mathematical techniques. Our goal is to offer scientific expertise, provide funds to support a small number of scholars and projects annually, to collaborate with disease-specific foundations, and act as an incubator for new ventures in computational biology. Projects are sourced from active scientists to support ongoing research and build on current opportunities. Scholars are typically embedded in biological labs at major research institutes locally and around the world. We have incorporated as a California 501(c)(3) charitable organization. EIN 81-0928996.
