About Carlill Properties Ltd

At Carlill Properties Ltd, we provide more than just accommodation - we create a real home-from-home for contractors and travelling professionals. As a family-run business founded by Alison and Tom, we know how important comfort, cleanliness, and reliability are when you’re working away from home. Tom has spent much of his working life as a specialist contractor, staying in accommodation across the country. He knows first-hand what matters after a long day - clean, comfortable and practical facilities, and somewhere that really feels like home. That experience shapes how we run Carlill Properties. Our properties are thoughtfully furnished, spotlessly clean, and designed for people who work hard and need a place to properly switch off. If you’re travelling for work and want somewhere that feels like home, Carlill Properties is here for you.
