About Carner Development Group & FLX Retreats

Since opening our original residential development business in 2008, our team has focused on quality development and restoration of community landmarks. We opened our subsidiary, FLX Retreats, in 2021. Our mission is to bring whimsy, wonder, and adventure to visitors in the Finger Lakes region. We allow visitors to experience all the Finger Lakes have to offer from the heights of the treetops, to the underground of a hobbit house. Whether you’re looking for an elevated experience, or your feet firmly on the ground, our diverse and growing offerings cater to all. Located on the lakefront of Seneca Lake, Conesus Lake, and Heritage Lake.
