Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic is a nonprofit veterinary clinic providing affordable spay/neuter surgery and preventive veterinary care to pets of underserved families in St. Louis, MO; Rolla, MO; and surrounding communities. Our focus on high-volume, low-cost spay/neuter services is the most effective way to reduce pet overpopulation, ease shelter overcrowding, and prevent unnecessary euthanasia. In addition to surgery, we provide affordable preventive care including vaccinations, microchipping, parasite prevention, heartworm testing, and treatment for minor medical issues. For many families, our clinic serves as their pet’s primary veterinary provider for routine and preventive care. Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic also operates a robust Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program for feral and community cats, helping humanely manage community cat populations while preventing future litters from being born into homelessness and suffering. Through outreach and transport services, we remove barriers such as cost and lack of transportation that often prevent families from accessing care for their pets. Since opening in 2012, the clinic has completed more than 150,000 spay/neuter surgeries, preventing millions of animals from being born into homelessness and suffering, and making a significant impact on animal welfare across Missouri and beyond.
