About Carolina Decks

Carolina Decks and Outdoor Living is Charlotte's design-build partner for custom outdoor living spaces: decks, pergolas, porches, and hardscapes built to the standard your clients expect. We work alongside realtors, interior designers, and architects across the Charlotte metro, Lake Norman, and South Charlotte communities like Marvin, Waxhaw, and Weddington. When a client's home needs an outdoor space that matches the quality of what's inside, or when a listing needs a finished exterior to close at the right price, we're the team that delivers. As a family-owned business with 10+ years in the Charlotte area and TimberTech Platinum contractor status, we bring certified expertise and premium materials to every project. Our process starts with a conversation. We ask the right questions, respect the relationships you've already built with your clients, and show up as an extension of your team, not a vendor. Every build is custom. Every material choice is intentional. And every finished space is something all of us can be proud to put our names on. Licensed, insured, and built for the long run. Let's talk about what we can build together.
