About Carrington Group, LLC

We are a family office that specializes in helping entrepreneurs, and first generation business owners translate their business success into personal significance. We like the saying, “what got you here, often times won't get you there” It's our job at Carrington to help you discover what’s truly important to you, and then help you design a plan to achieve the things in life that are most important to you. We bring order to the complexities of success that you don’t have the time or desire to manage yourself. Carrington Group Hosts a weekly podcast called Legends in Leadership. Legends in Leadership is an inspirational podcast featuring the stories of leaders who are making a difference. Our goal is to inspire you with the stories of leaders who come from humble beginnings, overcome challenges and ultimately rise up to make a difference in people’s lives.
