About Carroll Biel

Tracey and Ian have been working together since 2021 on multiple projects, including the Coalition for a Resilient and Inclusive Waterfront and Groundwork Project. The two have a common passion in working to uplift community through tangible change while leading with empathy at the center of their mission. They’ve found that they provide a unique lens to project management through a background that includes working on electoral campaigns, in schools, at restaurants, in medical clinics and as organizers throughout all of that work.
