Carty & Co. jobs and careers

About Carty & Co.

Carty & Co is a specialist legal recruitment advisory working with a small number of top-tier law firms on critical appointments. We partner selectively with firms and lawyers where alignment, timing and judgement matter. Our work typically spans mid-level through to Special Counsel, as well as lawyers navigating pathways to partnership. Carty & Co operates with discretion and intent. Much of our work happens quietly, supporting decisions that are consequential for both individuals and firms. We take a considered, relationship-led approach, informed by deep legal sector experience and an understanding of the dynamics within top-tier practices. Increasingly, our advisory work includes international career pathways, particularly between Australia and London, reflecting the established movement of leading lawyers between markets at key stages of their careers. We focus on facilitating outcomes that endure well beyond the placement itself.
