About Casa Ivy Group

Built by owners, for owners. Investors subconsciously trust companies that own and operate properties themselves. Casa Ivy Group is a boutique short-term rental investment and property management company based in Málaga, helping overseas property owners and investors build and operate high-performing STR assets across Málaga and the Costa del Sol. We work with international buyers, second-home owners, and investors who want a trusted local partner to support them throughout the lifecycle of a short-term rental investment — from property sourcing and repositioning to professional management and revenue optimisation. The short-term rental market has grown rapidly in Málaga over the last decade, but successful properties increasingly require professional hospitality standards, strong pricing strategy, and operational discipline. At Casa Ivy Group, we combine local market expertise with international hospitality experience to ensure properties are positioned, managed, and operated as high-performing assets. Being locally based in Málaga, we coordinate renovations, property improvements, and operational setup through a trusted network of architects, contractors, and service providers. This allows overseas owners to invest with confidence, knowing their property is professionally managed and their asset protected on the ground. Our work focuses on helping owners maximise rental performance while protecting the long-term value of their property. Whether acquiring a new investment or optimising an existing property, we provide strategic guidance and hands-on management to support successful short-term rental ownership in Málaga. 📩 If you are exploring short-term rental investment opportunities in Málaga — or looking to improve the performance of an existing property — we would be delighted to connect.
