About Cascade Intelligence

CASCADE doesn't score calls. It reads the room — tracking buyer psychology, seller contamination, deal momentum, and pipeline risk across every conversation in your sales process. Not some. Every. Gong, Chorus, Clari, Salesloft — add every dimension they track together and the combined total is approximately 86. CASCADE measures 847 behavioural dimensions simultaneously, on every call, across every stage of your pipeline. That's not an incremental improvement. It's a category-defining gap. CASCADE calibrates six behavioural dimensions at every stage of your pipeline. As conversations accumulate, variance drops, confidence tiers lock in, and the system learns the most reliable path from first call to closed-won — specific to your selling style, your market, and your numbers. CASCADE tracks six buyer psychology dimensions across every conversation in your pipeline. Not a single-call snapshot — a compounding sequence. How trust shifted between call two and call three. Why ROI conviction dropped after discovery. What to CASCADE tracks six buyer psychology dimensions across every conversation in your pipeline. Not a single-call snapshot — a compounding sequence. Every outcome sharpens the predictions. Every seller on the network improves yours. Shannon isn't a chatbot bolted onto your CRM. She's an autonomous intelligence layer that holds living context on every client — rebuilt weekly from 15+ data sources. Ask anything about your pipeline in natural language. She knows the answer because she's already read every call, scored every deal, and mapped every relationship. MCP integration is in development for Claude, with connectors planned for Slack, HubSpot, and more. Your pipeline intelligence will flow wherever you work.
