We are a medium-sized independent consultancy that is large enough to handle the most complex projects, yet small enough to respond flexibly to client needs and allows our clients the reassurance of knowing the consultants working on their projects. We work in a wide variety of sectors but are primarily known for our work related to residential, commercial and entertainment industries. We work throughout the UK and occasionally further afield. We are unique in that we provide a set of guarantees ensuring all our clients always receive responsive, clear and pragmatic guidance and solutions. These guarantees have led to us delivering well over 3000 successful projects working alongside many of the UK’s leading developers, contractors and architects. Using that experience we support our clients in taking their projects from the early planning stage through detailed design and construction to testing and handover.
