Cast & Hue empowers brands to differentiate in competitive markets by uncovering the key decision-making moments in customer and employee journeys that fuel the design of impactful experiences. We are a human-centered design collective that puts the customer, patient, and employee perspective at the center of everything we do. Our work lives at the intersection of design and behavioral science, focusing on the journeys people take with organizations and why they make decisions. Harnessing the power of empathy, we uncover insights around the functional, emotional, and social needs that motivate behaviors and shape perceptions. Equipped with knowledge of decision-making drivers and the defining moments of a customer, patient, or employee journey, we design experiences, marketing strategies, and innovations that meet and exceed expectations, while driving tangible business results. Using frameworks including Jobs-to-be-Done, Journey Mapping, Design Thinking, and Systems Thinking, we illuminate challenges from a new perspective for our clients, uncovering impactful solutions that would not emerge through traditional approaches.
