About Catalyst Advisors & Consultants

Catalyst is a strategic advisory firm built on a simple belief: every community, organization, and leader already has the spark of growth within them. Our work is about unlocking that potential and shaping it into strategies that create prosperity with purpose. We partner with communities, universities, growth industries, and entrepreneurial ventures to design and deliver growth that is sustainable, human-centered, and rooted in impact. Our small but mighty team brings experience across economic development, higher education, skilled trades, life sciences, corporate strategy, and public service—always guided by empathy, integrity, and a deep respect for place. Our work spans strategic planning, market positioning, storytelling, capacity building, and organizational transformation. The throughline is always the same: creating the conditions for growth that strengthen relationships, build trust, and leave communities better than we found them. We don’t just help organizations grow—we help them grow in ways that matter. Inspired by what’s within.
