CatchLocal is a commercial growth consultancy for established UK businesses. We work with business owners and directors generating between £100k and £5m in annual revenue who have outgrown tactical marketing but are not yet at the scale where a full in-house acquisition team is commercially viable. Our clients are trades and construction specialists, fire safety and compliance firms, commercial and industrial operators, legal and professional services practices, and specialist businesses in sectors where commercial credibility determines who wins the work. We do not sell marketing services. We build structured commercial acquisition systems that produce qualified enquiries, measurable revenue growth, and sustainable market position improvement. Every engagement follows a five-phase methodology: Phase 01 — Commercial Audit A paid, structured assessment of market position, revenue opportunity, and competitive landscape. No strategy is recommended until this work is complete. Phase 02 — Commercial Infrastructure A full website rebuild engineered for conversion, supported by analytics, enquiry architecture, and structured reporting tied to commercial outcomes. Phase 03 — Growth Programme An ongoing acquisition system spanning technical SEO, commercial content strategy, local search optimisation, AI and generative engine visibility, and paid acquisition where the unit economics support it. Phase 04 — Strategic Review A formal review at six months, measuring commercial impact against the original audit benchmarks. Phase 05 — Optimisation and Scale Refining what is working and expanding into adjacent markets, service lines, or geographies. We operate selectively. We take on engagements where the commercial fit is strong and decline those where it is not. Every engagement begins with a strategy call. If we are not the right partner, we will say so plainly.
