Catholic Family Services of Toronto (CFST) is a non-profit counselling agency that provides the following services to individuals from all backgrounds: - individual, couple, and family counselling - wellness programs for men, women, and children - quick-access single session counselling (formerly “walk-in”) - programs addressing intimate partner violence - transitional housing support for women and children experiencing domestic violence - mental health counselling and groups for mild to moderate depression and anxiety - family life education including marriage preparation courses - seniors’ counselling and wellness workshops - counselling for survivors of sexual abuse - bereavement programs - programs addressing separation and divorce Program fees are on a sliding scale according to income and no one is turned away due to inability to pay a fee.
