I help people and places discover their unique voice and vision so they can thrive with clarity and conviction. Through the design of community-led solutions and embodied coaching, I create spaces where voices rise, visions take shape, and shared futures come to life. I support communities as they clarify direction, strengthen partnerships, and move forward together, while also guiding individuals through personal transformation rooted in self-trust and presence. On the consulting side, I support towns, cities, nonprofits, and regional partners through community visioning, strategic planning, ecosystem development, and facilitation. My approach centers local context, builds on existing assets, and helps align people and efforts around shared priorities and realistic next steps. Alongside this work, I offer embodied coaching for individuals seeking greater clarity, alignment, and connection to their inner wisdom. My coaching integrates somatic practices, mindfulness, and tarot as reflective tools—supporting clients in listening to their bodies, strengthening intuition, and navigating life transitions with intention and confidence. In addition, I offer embodied public speaking programs for women through the WomanSpeak™ method. These programs support women in reconnecting with their voice, presence, and message—moving beyond performance or perfection and learning to speak with authenticity, embodiment, and impact in both personal and professional spaces. Across all my work, I blend structure with flexibility while holding sacred space—honoring both process and outcome. Whether working with a community or an individual, my role is to guide, listen, and help surface what is already present, so meaningful, sustainable change can emerge from within.
