CCACC Health Center provides a medical home for your healthcare needs. We collaborate with experienced primary care providers, specialists, mental health professionals, and other healthcare professionals to provide one-stop services and ensure the best care and experience for patients and their families. Pan-Asian Volunteer Health Clinic (PAVHC) PAVHC is a charity operation under the CCACC Health Center. PAVHC is one of 11 safety net clinics funded by Montgomery Cares or Montgomery County. Our Vision A community health center that promotes access to health care and addresses health disparities in our community. Our Mission - To provide quality health services for individuals who have difficulty accessing healthcare - To help patients maintain physical and psychological well-being through health services - To address health disparities facing our target population - To apply evidence-based health practices in Eastern culture and introduce it to the greater society Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM *extended hours on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 9:00 AM-7:30 PM (by appointment only)
