The Yangtze River Delta Carbon Fiber & Composites Innovation Center (CCIC) is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. It was established by Changzhou Municipal People's Government, Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute and Changzhou National High-Tech Development Zone. The objective of CCIC is to enable mutually beneficial cooperation in pre-competitive research with local SMEs by upgrading technology in high value-add new markets.
