CDI-Africa Coaching Group, commonly known as “CDI-Africa” is a leadership development organization (LDO) and a coach training organization (CTO) headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, and serving Africa for the last 17 years since 2006. Our visionary mindset and pace-setting orientation saw us become the first coaching and leadership development organization domiciled in Eastern Africa to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2015. We are therefore global but Africa-centered and inspired. We pride ourselves in our ability to develop transformational programs and services for leaders and organizations that are responsive to the emerging regional and global contexts.
