COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS | Commercial 360 (C360) Commercial 360 (C360) is our assessment and execution framework, delivering a fact-based view across strategy, go-to-market, pricing, sales execution, and performance management—identifying where growth stalls and margin leaks. We prioritize high-impact initiatives and build operating systems—go-to-market structure, sales operations, pricing discipline, and KPIs—so growth converts into revenue and margin. MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS Quality of Commercial Performance (QoCP) is the commercial analog to a Quality of Earnings. Sell-Side QoCP tests whether the commercial story withstands buyer underwriting—pressure-testing growth assumptions, execution risk, customer durability, and pricing power before diligence. We strengthen the narrative pre-market and align the model to the forward case so valuation holds. Buy-Side QoCP determines whether the commercial engine can deliver the forward case—validating the thesis, surfacing risk, and defining required change post-close. COMMERCIAL INTEGRATION Transactions do not create growth—commercial integration does. We design the future commercial model pre-close and lead execution post-close—defining how companies fit, how go-to-market and pricing evolve, and where synergies are real. Pre-acquisition: define the Day-1 and Year-1 blueprint. Post-acquisition: implement—aligning leadership, structure, incentives, pricing, and KPIs so growth materializes.
