About CedarStone Design and Build

CedarStone is a pioneering force in beautiful housing development and sustainable construction. With a rich background in creating housing solutions for Indigenous communities in Canada, we've brought our expertise to Oregon, where we're dedicated to crafting eco-friendly and cost-effective housing solutions for everyone. Our commitment to innovation is showcased in our projects, where we embrace the use of mass timber to create healthy, sustainable, and quick-build homes. We prioritize space-saving efficient designs and site planning to ensure that every square foot is optimized for maximum livability. By using mass timber, we not only minimize environmental impact but also provide homes that stand up to the rigors of time, requiring less maintenance and offering lower utility bills, thus ensuring long-term affordability. Additionally, we take pride in our deep-rooted partnerships with indigenous communities, informed by our lead designer's experience working with renowned Indigenous Architect Douglas Cardinal. This background helps us to understand the multi-layered needs of the individual, the family, and the planetary community. At CedarStone, our mission is to foster thriving communities, where housing is accessible, sustainable, and harmoniously integrated with its environment. We're dedicated to shaping a brighter and more affordable future for all.
