Our real estate division provides alternative loans ranging from $500 to $100MM for multifamily, mixed-use, retail, industrial, land, and office properties in New York MSA and Los Angeles. We specialize in: Acquisitions & Repositioning – Funding for value-add off premise multifamily and mixed-use properties ($1MM–$50MM). Bridge & Whole Loans – Financing up to 65% LTV, closing in as little as two weeks. Subordinated Financing – Loan structures with leverage up to 75% LTV. Preferred Equity Investments – Covering up to 90% of property value, with flexible structures.
