About Celebrating Disability

Hi, thank you for coming to visit and welcome! We are a user lead organisation. Meaning that we are led by disabled people and all our services are delivered by disabled people or people with caring responsibilities of disabled people. We are passionate about creating workplace cultures that are inclusive of disabled people. We support businesses to develop strategies that start from engagement of disabled candidates all the way through to retention and exit of your disabled employees. We understand the barriers to inclusion can sometimes start with a lack of awareness or lack of confidence so we work with you and your employees to develop these areas. We understand that there is never one size fits all for an organisation and therefore, all of our services are tailored to your organisation need.
