We are a 5 star holiday home specialising in multi-generational family and friend groups celebrating a very special occasion and corporate groups looking for the perfect corporate meeting venue. We are a 5 star luxury venue, our guests book the whole venue for their stay, we offer a huge array of amenities and an exemplary level of customer service and attention to detail: • We can host up to 16 people in 7 stunning boutique style bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. We have loads of space with 5,000 square feet of accommodation set in an acre of private landscaped gardens overlooking open fields. We have secure parking for 10 vehicles with an EV charger. • For corporate stays we have state of the art meeting facilities and break out areas, We can accommodate up to 7 delegates to stay overnight with up 16 at the venue through the day. • As well as a stunning well equipped modern kitchen diner we have a large dining room that can seat up to 16, a huge living room with log burner and a separate snug. • We have a fabulous range of facilities to satisfy all our guests, such as a hot tub, sauna, pool table, outdoor games, table tennis, cinema room, private gardens, first floor sun terrace, BBQ area, kids play area and a garden patio with our African hut. • We offer a range of accessible facilities and we welcome families with children of all ages and up to 4 dogs. • We have a large network of local suppliers and can offer a range of contacts including dine at home chef’s. • We are a private property in a village location with a lovely village pub in the heart of Yorkshire. We are close to the intersection of the M62 and the A1. We are less than half an hour from York, 45 minutes from Leeds. The nearby town of Selby has direct rail links to Leeds (22 mins) and London (2 hours 22 mins) .
