About Cellar Insights

Cellar Insights helps potato growers, processors, and storage operators minimize loss and detect early signs of spoilage, excess shrink and poor fry color with smart remote monitoring. Our Smart Storage Monitoring System provides alerts, trending information and actionable analytics to protect the quality and value of your potato crop. For growers, we detect rot early and protect potato quality and yield. For processors, we protect and optimize contracted potato supply with early risk detection and supply chain visibility. For facility system vendors, we add rot detection and predictive analytics to deliver more value to growers. We're working with potato operations across Alberta, New Brunswick and Manitoba, and expanding to Idaho, Washington, North Dakota, and PEI. Learn more at cellarinsights.com
