Cellis is a biotechnology company developing macrophage-based cancer therapy for the treatment of solid tumors. We specialize in innovative cell-based oncology approaches, with a focus on overcoming resistance in difficult-to-treat cancers. Our proprietary platform, Macrophage Drug Conjugate (MDC), is based on the TRAIN mechanism, enabling targeted delivery of active compounds directly into the cytoplasm of cancer cells. This results in tumor cell death while simultaneously reshaping the tumor microenvironment to enhance anti-cancer immune responses.
