As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Cementos Molins Industrial SAU, Promotora Mediterranea-2 SA, Prefabricaciones y Contratas SAU, Propamsa SAU, Cemolins Internacional SL, Portcemen SA and Minus Inversora SA, among others. In addition, Noumea SA was the Company's major shareholder with 32.09% of its interest.
