About Centar za afirmaciju sporta i mladih

Center for Affirmation of Sports and Youth (CAMS) is a CSO committed to empowering youth and sports communities across Montenegro and the region. In collaboration with the NOC, we have hosted pivotal conferences like ‘Financing in Sports’ and ‘Women in Sports’, addressing key challenges and opportunities in sports. Through the ‘Coaching Plus’ project, co-funded by the European Union, we are innovating coaching methodologies that emphasize pedagogy, inclusion, and mentoring. In the TEQ Balkan project, co-funded by the Western Balkans Fund, CAMS is fostering regional cooperation, capacity development, and inclusivity in sports. Our efforts also extend to policy-making, where we have successfully contributed to the development of Montenegro's ‘Strategy for the Development of Sports’.
