About Center for Anxiety and Life Management (CALM Therapy)

CALM Therapy | Center for Anxiety and Life Management CALM Therapy provides evidence-based, integrative psychotherapy for adults seeking meaningful change. We specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, depression, and life transitions, and we support individuals exploring deeper questions around identity, purpose, and inner alignment. Our work combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and somatic therapies with space for spiritual or existential reflection, when relevant. We aim to meet each person where they are, with a flexible approach that balances structure and depth. Therapy at CALM is active, collaborative, and tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on clarity, growth, and long-term impact. We believe that psychological care should support both symptom relief and self-understanding. Our practice is grounded in clinical rigor, cultural responsiveness, and a belief in each person’s capacity for insight and change. Whether someone is seeking practical tools or deeper healing, our goal is to offer therapy that is thoughtful, effective, and attuned. We are a fully virtual practice serving adults in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and 40+ PSYPACT-participating states. We also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (CAP) in select locations where permitted. Sessions are private pay, with superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement.
