About Center for Civil Liberties

The Centre for Civil Liberties (CCL) was founded in 2007 with the aim of promoting human rights. Our current mission consists of providing educational courses and events, implementing reforms related to human rights, monitoring political persecution in Crimea and Donbas, bringing together leading human rights organisations in Ukraine, developing public scrutiny of public authorities, law enforcement agents and the judiciary.
