After more than 30 years working in some of Maine’s largest real estate agencies, Charles “Kim” Coit founded The Maine Center for Real Estate Studies in September 2012, now known as the Center for Real Estate Studies. In 2017, he was joined by Attorney Tom Coward (30+ years) and Broker Charlene Hamiwka (10+ years), and others, to grow the school and expand course offerings.
