About Center for Sportfishing Policy

The Center for Sportfishing Policy (CSP) advocates for sound fisheries policy and communicates with Congress and federal regulatory agencies on behalf of the saltwater recreational fishing and boating community. CSP works to ensure that Americans have access to America’s public marine resources. CSP is a non-profit membership organization overseen by a board of directors. Our mission is to maximize opportunity for saltwater recreational anglers by organizing, focusing and engaging recreational fishing stakeholders to speak with one voice to shape federal marine fisheries management policy.
