About Center for Youth and Community Development

The Center for Youth and Community Development was founded with the main purpose of being the home of Adams County’s community-driven Collaborating for Youth. With 20 years of history, we have increased services that support our community and reduce risks facing area youth and families. The Center for Youth and Community Development serves as a hub for creating programs, initiatives, and resources that educate, uplift, and empower young individuals and strengthen community bonds. Through a range of activities, educational opportunities, and support networks, the center aims to foster growth, learning, and positive change among youth and within the broader community.
