The Center on Business and Poverty’s mission is to alleviate poverty through three areas of focus: 1. Financial Literacy – improving the financial wellbeing of employees through workplace training programs; 2. Employee Ownership and Participatory Capitalism – supporting companies in creating and launching employee ownership; 3. Entrepreneurship and Creating Jobs – Assisting in the growth of startups that create jobs in low-income communities
