About Central New York Spay/Neuter Assistance Program | CNY SNAP

We are a volunteer-run, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization located in Upstate New York. Our mission is to address the over-population of cats and dogs in our community by providing low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination services at our bi-weekly clinics for low-income residents and caretakers of barn cat and feral cat colonies. Explore our website to discover various ways you can contribute and get involved, and please spay and neuter your pets!
