CENTRALIA PHARMACY GROUP consists of Centralia and Chehalis Pharmacy. We are an independent pharmacy proudly serving the community by providing excellent healthcare services. We are here to provide our community with good old-fashioned customer service! Our staff is dedicated, hardworking and genuinely concerned about your well-being. In today’s current rocky environment (drug pricing, reimbursements, pharmacy benefit managers), it’s very difficult to run an independently-owned pharmacy if you’re going it alone, especially in rural areas – the communities that need these pharmacies the most. Therefore, we are an affiliate partner with CPG. As a member of Cascadia Pharmacy Group, we share wisdom, resources, buying power, and best practices so that we can offer our communities the highest caliber of service. We also pride ourselves on collaborating with coordinated care organizations (CCOs) to enhance the network of health care providers serving these communities.
