About Centre for Character Leadership

The purpose of the Centre for Character Leadership is to support leaders in creating a high-trust, effective culture. This goal may sound simple but the path is challenging. Kathleen has supported leaders for virtually three decades in developing the vision, skills and discipline to achieve their goals. Her coaching engagements, skills building programs and five books, exist for one reason. To help leaders build the tools required to create workplaces of respect, integrity, trust and authentic communication. To achieve results what is required is a healthy culture and leaders of good character. Kathleen is grateful for the clients she has worked with over the years, all the learning opportunities and for her associates. The associates are high integrity, experienced individuals of complementary skills who embrace and live the “good character” approach. Together we support our patrons in reaching their goals in a practical, client-centered manner. Kathleen facilitates learning sessions in both English and French.
