About Centre of Land Policy and Valuation CPSV-UPC

CPSV- UPC Research Centre of Land Policy and Valuations at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. CPSV was founded in 1986 by prof. Josep Roca. It integrates a multidisciplinary group of researchers from Architectural Technology, Urbanism, Physics, Representation and other departments, who develop research and teaching in the fields of Urban Management, Urban Planning and Spatial Analysis, Sustainability and Environmental Assessment, Climate Resilience for Cities, Real Estate, Energy Efficiency and Urban Valuation. The center coordinates a PhD Program since 1989-90 and a track of the Master Degree MBArch Urban and Architectonic Management and Valuation as well as Professional Master’s Degree on Urban Planning, Sustainability and Climate Change, Real Estate, Geographical Information Systems and Smart Cities. The CPSV provides technical support for all governments’ levels, enterprises, promotes citizen engagement and collaborates with other universities and institutions based on the Quadruple Innovation Helix to cocreate the future and drive structural changes to achieve the sustainable development goals and thus create better cities and regions for people.
