Our Psychologists provide thorough recommendations for treatment aimed at improving well-being and enhancing quality of life. We assess a wide range of diagnostic conditions including: - ADHD - Autism - Mood Disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Trauma Disorders - Psychotic Disorders - Personality Disorders - Substance Use Our team also provides individual psychotherapy to help our clients navigate difficult feelings, heal from past trauma and pain, and build better resources to effectively cope during stressful times. Through this process, the goal is to cultivate more joy, satisfaction, and meaningful connection in life. We offer therapy to address a comprehensive range of presenting concerns including: - trauma - grief - occupational stress - moral injury - major life transitions - burnout - self-esteem - emotion regulation - anxiety - depression and more. We also offer specialized services to the first responder, 2SLGBTQIA+, Indigenous and older adult populations in our community. Our dedicated team consisting of Registered Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists, and administrative support, was carefully curated to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care.
