About Centred Excellence

At Centred Excellence, we work with Recruitment Business Owners, Managers, and Independent Recruiters worldwide to grow profits by 50%-250%, transform results, and build world-class teams. Clients we typically work with: ✔️ Recruitment Business Owners looking to boost sales & profitability through their teams. ✔️ Independent Recruiters wanting to attract more leads, clients, and build their personal & business brand. ✔️ Managers & Leaders in Recruitment aiming to balance billings with building profitable, high-performance teams. ✔️ Experienced Recruiters who want to increase sales by 50%-250% in 3 months and grow a strong client base with more leads, sales, and commission! Having run my own recruitment company, I know firsthand the impact expert coaching and training can have on results. That’s why I’m dedicated to helping recruiters and recruitment leaders as a sales performance coach and recruitment management trainer. Five years into growing my business, I hit a wall—we just couldn’t grow beyond 10 people. Every time we fixed one issue, another popped up. I was on the edge until I received coaching from an executive business trainer. With her guidance, we doubled in size, made £375k extra profit, and regained control of our cash flow and sanity in just 12 months. These are the kinds of results I can help you achieve too. Most of the recruiters I work with see a 100%-200% increase in sales in just 12 weeks. With a range of cutting-edge training courses and programmes, we’ll equip you with the skills, knowledge, and expertise to completely transform your business and personal results.
