About Centric Development

Centric Development is a vertically integrated Owner, Operator, Developer, and General Contractor. We are focused on the aggressive expansion of our value-based Amplify and Brickmont brands of Senior Living Communities. Centric currently has 6 communities open in the Georgia market. Its Brickmont & Amplify brands will continue their growth by expanding into the Colorado, and Virginia markets over the next 12 months. Centric Development’s long-range plan is to use its President, Mr. Vickers’, extensive national development and construction experience to roll out its Senior Living communities as he has successfully done with other similar products
