The Company is primarily engaged in the development, marketing, and sale of mid- and high-rise condominiums and single detached homes, retail and office space leasing, and property management. Its segments include Real estate development, which consists of sale of high-end, upper middle-income and affordable residential lots and units, and lease of residential developments under partnership agreements; Leasing, which includes lease of its retail mall, and Property management, which includes facilities management of the residential and corporate developments of the Company and other third party projects, including provision of technical and related consultancy services. Its residential projects include Gramercy Residences, Knightsbridge Residences, Positano and Sutherland. Its commercial/office projects include Century City Mall and Centuria Medical Makati.
