CEO of Your Life is a leadership development firm supporting executives, CEOs, and leadership teams navigating growth, complexity, and transformation. Our work is built on a simple idea: the most effective leaders integrate strategic clarity with human leadership. We call this Heart + Strategy Leadership™. When leaders strengthen both their strategic thinking and their inner leadership capacity, they make clearer decisions, build stronger teams, and lead with greater confidence under pressure. How we support organizations • Executive Coaching • CEO & Founder Advisory • Leadership Retreats & Facilitation • Leadership Workshops & Keynotes Our work helps leaders: • navigate complex decisions and change • strengthen executive presence and influence • build trust and alignment across teams • develop high-performing leadership cultures CEO of Your Life was founded by Melissa Dawn, Master Certified Coach (MCC) — the highest credential in the coaching profession, held by approximately 4% of coaches globally. The firm also developed the Heart + Strategy Leadership Index™, a leadership diagnostic that measures how leaders integrate inner leadership capacity with strategic execution. Because in today’s world: Strategy alone is no longer enough.
