About CeRe: Resource Center for Public Participation

We, at CeRe, develop projects to empower and organize citizens to be able and willing to tilt the balance of power. We provide tailored resources for groups of citizens and other NGOs to develop successful advocacy campaigns that will bring about change in their respective communities. During a 7 year work in Romania, where public participation and advocacy were abstract, almost fictional principles, we created our own pure Romanian examples that prove advocacy is the sustainable way of getting involved even in our post-communist country.
