About Certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration

The Certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration is a summer school organized yearly by Roma Tre University and the Italian Association for Arbitration (AIA), with the support of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM), the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Italia, and under the auspices of the Roma Tre - UNIDROIT Centre for Transnational Commercial Law and International Arbitration. The course is led by academics, in-house counsel and practitioners and provides theoretical and practical insights about international commercial and investment arbitration. The program also includes participation in the Annual International Arbitration Lecture jointly organized by Roma Tre University and UNIDROIT.
