About CES Roofing

CES Roofing is a Florida-based commercial roofing contractor specializing in asset protection for property owners and property managers across Tampa Bay and throughout Florida. With more than 15 million square feet of commercial roofing installed, our team focuses exclusively on commercial and industrial roofing systems — including low-slope and flat roof systems, TPO roofing, spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing, silicone roof coating systems, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems. We understand that for property managers, a roof is not just a structure — it is a capital asset. That’s why we take a proactive approach through Roof Asset Management & Capital Planning, preventative roof maintenance programs, and detailed storm damage roof assessments designed to protect long-term budgets and minimize tenant disruption. CES Roofing is known for delivering tenant-occupied roofing projects with minimal operational impact. Our restoration-first strategy helps many clients save significantly compared to full roof replacement, extending roof life while improving energy efficiency. We are proud to offer a Category 5 Hurricane Wind Warranty on qualifying SPF roofing systems, engineered for Florida’s coastal and high-wind environments. Our hurricane-resistant roofing systems are designed to meet the demands of commercial properties exposed to severe weather and insurance scrutiny. As manufacturer-certified installers, we prioritize quality, documentation, and compliance to protect warranties and reduce risk for building owners. From multi-building portfolios to individual commercial properties, CES Roofing serves as a trusted partner in commercial roof replacement, restoration, repair, and long-term asset planning. If you are a property owner or property manager seeking a commercial roofing partner focused on performance, protection, and long-term value — we welcome the conversation.
