Chaiiwala of London is a South Asian-inspired chai and street food café built for the fastest-growing demographic in Canada; the non-alcohol social crowd that has nowhere to gather outside of home and work. Chaiiwala of London opened its first location in Canada in 2021. We're now at 25+ locations across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Quebec, with a plan to hit 100 by 2030. The thesis is simple: Starbucks owns coffee culture. We're building that for chai. Authentic flavours, upscale café experience, and a real third place designed for people who want to stay, not just grab and go. We're looking for franchise partners who understand our brand, see the demographic shift happening, and want to build with a category leader before the competition catches up.
